This version is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Delivering and securing the website involves processing technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Where we are responsible for this processing, its basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you email us
Email links open your email application. If you contact us, we process your address, message, and any information you choose to provide to answer your request. For inquiries about a potential engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our email service provider processes messages as necessary to deliver the service.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Where statutory retention duties apply, we retain the required records for the applicable period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
